1. Current Bill is NOT available online whereas I have already received the Bill

Please Lodge a Complaint with your Mobile No and Email ID. You will receive a Message on your Mobile Phone after availability of the bill.



2. Amount got Deducted from my account but Receipt was not generated by the System.

In such cases, Receipt will be generated within 2 Working Days, the amount shall be credited back into your account. Please contact Bill Desk Helpline at 08800184336 , 011 46869000, Email ID: pgsupport@billdesk.com to verify whether the Payment was successful



3. Receipt was generated but Payment Status not updated.

All Successful Payments shall get Posted into your Account in 4 Working Days. In case, the same is not Posted into your account Please lodge a complaint and contact collectiondhbvn@gmail.com
